1. PROCEDURE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS AND OTHER SERVICES

1.1 Within a maximum of forty eight (48) hours, Casa do Passadiço, Lda. Will send an email to the Customer confirming the purchase. This email will refer to your purchase and provide detailed description of your Product or Service. It will also be containing information about the price, delivery time and respective Shipping cost and Shipping information (if any), regarding the different payment methods of the Products or Services to Casa do Passadiço, Lda.

1.2 Customers who purchase Products or Services through the Online Store should exclusively use the payment options described in detail in the Online Store.

1.3 Casa do Passadiço, Lda. Will gather all documentation regarding the purchase and formalize a contract, which will be sent to the customer after the purchase. The Contract will be written in Portuguese.

1.4 The purchase confirmation sent by Casa do Passadiço, Lda. Is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. Casa do Passadiço, Lda. Will send the invoice along with the Product(s) or the provision of the service(s).

3.  HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

3.1 The delivery service by Casa do Passadiço, Lda. Is performed by logistics partners of recognized competence. Orders that are destined for non-permanent addresses such as: P.O Boxes, tourist resorts or others are not accepted.

3.3 The cost of shipping is not included in the Product prices. At the time of purchase, the Customer will be informed of the exact shipping cost.
